NOODLE & PASTA ENHANCERS

Pasta and noodle improvers are homogenized blend of HIGHLY SPECIFIC ENZYMES designed to enhance the quality and profitability of the Noodles / Pasta flour manufacturers. This facilitates the noodle dough to be strong enough to withstand sheeting and does not shrink back during successive roll passes and extrusion. The improver strengthens the gluten network providing good texture, chewability, and strand quality. It reduces starch leach out and gives more cooked weight.
